Helpful reception team spoke English and replaced a broken fridge immediately, the room was clean, spacious, with modern air-conditioning and comfortable twin beds. Parking was free with a guard watching the cars, tram stop 20 was nearby for direct city center access, and Sky City Mall with restaurants and shops was within walking distance.
