Friendly staff allowed luggage storage before and after staying, the room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities including shampoo and hair dryer in the bathroom, fresh bed cloths, and comfortable mattress and pillows. The duty manager at night was professional and helpful, breakfast was served, the location was near a bus stop, shopping center, Arena8888 hall, and close to Sofia Airport.
