Friendly hosts, a husband and wife, helped with transport during a strike and communicated nicely. The room was clean, comfortable with a large bed, had free WiFi, an indoor balcony with greenery view, and clear instructions for self check-in, coffee was available. The location was quiet near Sofia Airport with local shops and a bus stop nearby.
