The location was excellent, close to a metro station and main attractions in Sofia. The room was cozy, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for the stay. The breakfast was tasty and tailored to individual preferences to prevent food waste. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with special thanks to the Ukrainian guy who was funny and kind.
