Situated on a quiet street, the modern apartment offered excellent proximity to the subway and main pedestrian shopping area. The property was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary appliances including a coffee machine and washing machine. A supermarket was located within two minutes’ walking distance. The bathroom was noted as slightly small but functional.
