The location was excellent, within walking distance of major sights and close to Serdika metro station with a direct line to the airport. Friendly staff provided thoughtful touches like free towel service and allowed luggage storage at no extra charge. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom stocked with toiletries for guest use. A Lidl supermarket and numerous cafés were conveniently located across the street.
