The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a superb central location near Vitosha Boulevard. The reception staff proved extremely helpful, offering quick check-in and assistance with taxi calls. Proximity to the Serdika metro station provided easy access to the airport and main attractions. Rooms featured amenities such as a big shower, TV, and available coffee and tea.
