The apartment was centrally located near many restaurants and public transport options, including metro, trams, buses, and taxis. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean with modern facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and coffee machine. Nearby supermarkets included Lidl and Carrefour. The building was old but the apartment had been recently renovated. An underground garage was within a two-minute walk from the property.
