The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a charming atmosphere in a quiet neighborhood. The location was excellent, very close to the city center with nearby bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. Check-in procedures outside office hours were clearly explained and easy to follow. Reception staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. An item left behind was efficiently shipped back by the team after departure.
