The apartment was spacious with large rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and three TVs. The location was central and quiet with Serdica Metro station five minutes away and tram stop across the street. A 24-hour convenience store was below the apartment and Sofia Mall with a large supermarket was within ten minutes walk. The owner was helpful and responsive with clear instructions for access including that the key goes in lock under handle.
