The location was central, just minutes from Vitosha Boulevard and NDK metro station. The staff provided helpful local recommendations and smooth communication. Shared bathrooms and showers were very clean throughout the stay. Rooms were comfortable with sufficient size, though some had glass doors near reception affecting noise levels. Kitchen facilities were functional but basic, suitable for simple meal preparation.
