The hotel offered a convenient location near the city center and National Palace of Culture. The reception staff were very helpful, providing fast check-in and accommodating special requests such as breakfast packages before standard hours. Rooms were clean, practical, and of decent size. Indoor parking was available despite limited space in the neighborhood. Breakfast included good coffee and a rich selection.
